Studies suggest OD can reduce hospitalizations and relapse rates, improve social functioning, and increase return to work/study. Waterlily aims to integrate OD into its ethos, focusing on hope, purpose, and connection. Our workforce will have Open Dialogue training with a significant proportion of members with lived experience to support recovery.

Julie Kerry — Clinical & Quality Director
Julie is an experienced nurse leader having worked in a number of executive roles across the NHS, independent sector and social care as Chief Nurse and Director of Quality. She has led clinical governance, CQC compliance, safeguarding, infection prevention and health & safety at scale, restructuring systems and practice across large, dispersed organisations. Her leadership within Adult Social Care drove significant quality improved that reduced CQC “Inadequate” ratings to zero and grew “Good/Outstanding” outcomes by 16%.

Agnes Tutani — Head of Service, Mental Health
Agnes Tutani is a healthcare leader with over 19 years’ experience in learning disability and mental health services. She holds an MBA in Health Management and specialist nursing qualifications, bringing expertise in quality, safety, and large-scale service improvement.
Her career has centred on strengthening governance, embedding evidence-based practice, and driving culture change across complex organisations. Agnes has led major initiatives to enhance patient safety, improve workforce engagement, and establish systems that promote openness, inclusion, and continuous improvement. She has also played a key role in commissioning new services and shaping clinical models of care.
Known for her strategic insight and collaborative leadership, Agnes is committed to creating safe, high-performing environments where patients and staff can thrive.

Managed referrals and commissioning for ~3,000 beds across the England, Scotland and Wales; pivotal in opening five new services and integrating them with local networks in East of England.
Designed and delivered an organisation-wide training strategy for ~300 staff, including nurse placements with two universities.

Chet Khera — Managing Director
Chet leads Waterlily Care’s strategy, growth and partnerships, developing health and social care assets and operations from concept through to trading maturity. Previously Managing Director and shareholder at St Matthews Group, he oversaw 350+ staff and delivered multiple brownfield healthcare schemes from acquisition to stabilised operations, totalling involvement in over 400 beds across the UK.

Antony Hall - Governance and Compliance
Antony leads governance and compliance for Waterlily Care, bringing nearly a decade at the Care Quality Commission (CQC)—including three years as Head of Inspection for London. He authored the CQC’s influential “Smiling Matters” report on oral health in care homes and later served as Director of Insights, Assurance & Governance at HC-One, where he led a major digital transformation and acted as Nominated Individual across 238 homes in England and 54 in Scotland. His approach is evidence-led and systems-focused, linking primary, secondary and social care to deliver sustainable quality and strong regulatory outcomes.

Simon Greenstreet — Development Committee Chair
Simon chairs Waterlily Care’s Development Committee, bringing three decades of care-sector development expertise. A long-standing director and shareholder at Castleoak, he helped grow the business from ~£1m to ~£80m turnover and deliver over 10,000 elderly care beds, 3,500 over-55s apartments and 1,000+ specialist units, including large-scale local-authority reprovision. He later supported Carterwood’s growth and advised Dorset County Council on care-home externalisation; he also chaired Hafod Care’s board (2017–2020).

Our referral process
Our referral process
Waterlily collaborates with local authorities, health professionals, multi-disciplinary teams, and the wider community to ensure suitable placements for individuals in need of support. Referrals are welcomed from: Commissioning Managers, Social Workers and Individuals. Care provision at Waterlily is driven by a person-centred approach. All costings are individualised to each guests needs.
Waterlily collaborates with local authorities, health professionals, multi-disciplinary teams, and the wider community to ensure suitable placements for individuals in need of support.
