How does Referral Process work?

When extra support is needed, we’re here to help. Referrals come from:
• Acute inpatient care
• Locked rehab services
• Community placements

Support at Waterlily

Care begins from the moment you arrive.
• Short stay or crisis support

We start with, a calm stabilisation phase, gentle assessment and open dialogue and planning your next steps together

When you’re ready, we support your next step. Options may include:
• Waterlily’s self-contained flats
