Welcome to Waterlily house - a place of recovery, support, and hope for people facing complex mental health challenges.
Waterlily House provides recovery-focused Level 1 and 2 rehabilitation services, grounded in Open Dialogue and Therapeutic Community principles.
By combining staff expertise, community-based care, and the wrap-around support of social networks, we aim to ease the strain on staff, patients, and families while strengthening recovery outcomes.

Opening in Kettering, Northamptonshire, Waterlily House is a Level 1 & 2 residential-based rehabilitation service for adults aged 18+ living with serious mental illness, autism, and/or learning disabilities.
We offer 20 private studios and 4 self contained apartments, designed around smaller living units with gender sensitive layouts. Our integrated model blends the Open Dialogue approach with Therapeutic Community principles, fostering hope, purpose, and connection.
Guests can enjoy communal lounges, two shared kitchens, three dining areas, gardens, outdoor courtyards, an IT suite, and art/craft spaces. Our onsite chef leads daily cookery sessions and weekly menu planning for those who wish to join.
