Mental Healthcare
Located in Kettering, Northamptonshire, and Torquay, Devon, our Waterlily Houses offer specialised rehabilitation support for adults aged 18-65 with serious mental health needs. Our goal is to empower residents to live as independently as possible while ensuring that 24-hour support is available whenever necessary.
Our studios and apartments are designed to foster independence, equipped with micro-kitchens for personal use. Additionally, residents have access to shared domestic kitchen and laundry facilities, creating a community atmosphere while allowing privacy.

A unique aspect of our service is that 30% of our staff have lived experience, offering insights and empathy that enhance the quality of care and support provided. Our recovery-based rehabilitation service is tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident, ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment as they work towards greater independence.
